I was thrilled, to say the least when Zita & Chris trusted me to design their dream Punta Venado Beach Wedding in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

These lovebirds have been together for +11 years. Zita tells me: “In 2007 Chris came to Playa del Carmen to visit his sister who was working at one of the Riu Palace Hotels. I had just moved from Mexico City to work in Playa del Carmen. During this time I became friends with Katy (Chris’ sister).

On Chris’ first day he was introduced to me and by the end of the week, I had moved into his apartment! Chris’ plan was to stay in Mexico for a couple of months but it actually became 2 years. After this, we traveled together around Europe and then moved to the UK, where we live since 2009.”

So it made perfect sense to tie the knot where they met, the enchanting beaches of the Mayan Riviera. Huge congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Black, I wish you many incredible years together filled with laughter and memorable adventures!
