I had the unfortunate experience of working with another planner prior to this and I did not have a great experience initially, so coming over to Arlenis was a breath of fresh air! She helped me find vendors, be realistic with my budget and stick to to it. When our original venue fell through 2 months before our wedding (!!), she remained calm and presented me with options right away. Our new venue was even more perfect than I imagined, I couldn't have found it without her. "We are so grateful that we had Arlenis to plan our wedding for us. I have no idea how we could have done it without her. I am someone who likes to have complete control of things and gets nervous about trusting others with big important things, like my wedding! Planning a wedding in another country, never being able to meet the vendors or even see our venue before booking it, to say I was nervous is an understatement. But from the second we first spoke to Arlenis over the phone, she put my mind at ease. I never doubted her for a second and completely trusted her to take our vision for our wedding and turn it into reality. And she did just that. I was completely blown away by how she somehow magically could see inside our heads and make our dream Tulum wedding real. It was such a beautiful day, full of so much joy and love, and we couldn't have done it without Arlenis. It actually rained on our wedding, and I was so worried the day would be ruined. Arlenis seamlessly made adjustments to our wedding day in ways that made it look like the cocktail hour and reception were always supposed to be set up indoors, nobody knew. The set-up for both locations were beautiful and even better than what I had envisioned. I highly recommend her and wouldn't trust anyone else for such an important day. She is an incredibly kind, fun, and loving person. It felt like we had a close friend planning our wedding. We are so glad that we were introduced to her. "To begin, there are not enough positive words to describe how we feel about our experience with Arlenis as our wedding planner. She took on our wedding with less than 3 months until our big day, just after hurricanes Maria and Irma had taken out our previous venues in the Caribbean. Not only did she accept a challenging task, but also she managed to create our dream wedding in an incredibly short amount of time. When we found Arlenis, we were at a point where we were almost sure that putting together a wedding might be impossible, but she came through right away with suggestions for wedding venues, vendors, etc. Arlenis payed close attention to the detail in the photos we sent her and it was very obvious that she listened to our thoughts and tried hard to go the extra mile, because what she put together for our wedding day was better than anything we ever imagined. Communication with her was incredibly easy, and when we met her after only 3 months of chatting via e-mail, she felt like family. We honestly don't think we could have found a better wedding planner than her. Our family members and guests were even raving about her to us during and after the wedding. "Arlenis is so fun to work with and was absolutely INDISPENSABLE in the planning of our Tulum destination wedding. Especially with vendors running on "Tulum time" when we had deadlines and decisions to make, she was amazing as the in-between person. She also checks over invoices and saved us $900 that I didn't catch. And even with last minute guest counts changing, she helped re-organize the seating charts and floral arrangements like a whiz... clearly she has tons of experience. Arlenis has strong relationships with local vendors so she can really smooth the process (i.e. get them to hold furniture rentals during busy season until you make a decision and lock down the deposit, ask the florist for lots of last minute changes, etc.). Best of all, Arlenis clearly LOVES what she does because she is the best and is a joy to plan your wedding with! We had a gorgeous gorgeous unforgettable and beautiful wedding - thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!"

"AMAZING! Everything you could want in a wedding planner! Spent a LOT of time with me and went above and beyond. I felt so capable with her in control. There is so much to worry about as a bride, that it is amazing to have a planner that you trust to take control of everything else. She was sweet, easy to work with, a hard worker, and put in TONS of time and effort. We had a lot of vendor issues and miscommunications with other people working on our wedding, but never once had trouble with Arlenis.
